It left an acrid taste in his mouth.
The harsh, acidic, burn snaked down his throat.
Curling in his stomach.

He’s forgotten again.

Humming fills his head.
he can feel it buzzing in his teeth.
Hands clenched at his side.
Nails digging into crescent scars on his palms.

He won’t forget this time.
