Dancing in the rain,

it glimmers all around me.

A soft, delicate, light

alight upon my skin.

Embers burning,

beneath the ivory.

Once red lips,

that dripped crimson fire,

turn cerulean in the night.

Blue as the sky,

hiding in the grey.

Still,

I dance.

Dance to the tempo of the rain.

Dance, until flesh turns to ash.

Dance, until bones turn to dust.

Will you dance with me?
